The Space

This beautiful house is well designed and full of modern touches with 2 king-size bedrooms (one of which can be turned into 2 single beds) and 2 doubles. There is a master principal en-suite and a family bathroom.

The principal en-suite has its own private terrace with a freestanding bath on the deck! A perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and a bath full of bubbles.

All of the furnishings and decor have been specifically designed and picked to create a warm environment for you and your family or friends.

This stunning property offers a big eat-in kitchen with a wood burning stove enjoying panoramic sea views which is a social hub with plenty of natural light flooding through the windows and french doors which goes out onto a large decking that is the whole length of the house overlooking the sea.

It's the perfect space to rustle up a fabulous meal for friends or family whilst soaking up the views of the Mawgan Porth beach, ocean, and beyond. The views really are spectacular!

The living room has a comfy Andrew Martin L-shaped sofa around a wood-burning stove where you can sit back to use the smart TV or listen to music from the sound bar from your phone. Open the doors in the summer for indoor/outdoor living.

All beds will have super comfy handmade pocket-sprung mattresses with natural fillings for a great night sleep!

There is plenty of outside space at Greenacres a secured private garden wraps around the side and rear of the property with loads of room for surfboards or hanging up your wetsuits and storing buckets and spades for the daily stroll to the beach.

There is also a hot outdoor shower for sandy toes and paws after a trip to the beach.
In the garden is a dedicated "Beach Bar BBQ area' which has a sandy floor, a fire pit, and a gas bbq for your evening entertainment.

Well behaved dogs are welcome!

A short walk into Mawgan Porth village are plenty of shops and restaurants. The footpath goes from just below the house to the beach so you don’t have to walk down the main road.

We have plenty of parking for 3 cars which is brilliant for the summer months as it can get busy in the town so a short walk down the hill where there is a mini local supermarket that sells everything you need and some wonderful restaurants.

We are just 3 doors away from the famous Bedruthan steps hotel and just above the Scarlett hotel.
