LAYOUT

The layout of the house is perfect for a couple alone, 2 families sharing, or one large family. It has plenty of outside space for dogs and kids to run free and lots of lovely entertaining space for adults to sit and watch the sunset, cosy up by the fire in the winter and warm up after a long walk along the coast.

The house is 90% on one floor with the exception of the attic bedroom upstairs.

Ground Foor Layout:

Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink,

Kitchen: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen looking out to sea. It has a wonderful large oak table sitting 8 people and a wood-burning stove and armchair.
(Microwave, Vitamix blender, waffle/toastie maker, Nespresso coffee machine, baking equipment. cookbooks)

Living room: Large ‘L’ Shaped sofa with an indoor bean bag and floor level two large cushion sofa. The cupboard unit is filled with children’s toys and books. Large t.v with surround sound including all digital playback channels, Netflix, Prime and NOW TV.

Master Bedroom: Super king-size bed with a very comfy mattress and bedding. The en-suite is a wet shower room with a waterfall shower. Outside on the decking that is private from the rest of the deck is a ‘Soho house’ inspired outdoor bath house.

A free-standing bath overlooking the wonderful view so you can warm up and soak in style.

The Bird Room: Queen size bed in a cosy blue room with a lovely bird fabric on the headboard (hence the name!)

The Orange Room: Two singles or a Super king can be made up in this room. Plenty of space for two children to share with blackout curtains.

Family Bathroom: A bottle green floor-to-ceiling tiled bathroom with a loo, bath, and shower that all 3 bedrooms share.

Attic room: Up some steep stairs is what we call the ‘hotel room’ with breathtaking views out the dormer window over Mawgan Porth if you are a keen surfer you can check what the waves are doing from this room! A Queen bed with plenty of room but some restricted high as you would expect from an attic!

OUTSIDE:

There is a wrap around garden that goes round the side of the house and infront which is secure for dogs and kids.

Outdoor Shower: For sandy toes and sandy paws we have put a wonderful outdoor shower that is hot so even in the winter you can enjoy the views while washing off the sand.

Outdoor Bath: Outside the Master bedroom is a private outdoor freestanding bath for sunset and a glass of wine while soaking in the bubbles.

BBQ beach bar: We have greated our own beach at Greenacres with a firepit and bbq which is protected from the wind.

Huge Deck: Massive deck that runs the whole length of the house with out door table that sits 8 people and beanbags, and ‘L’ Shaped outside sofa for relaxing.
